Stagecoach Days, October 24, 12N-10PM

Grace Maricopa is hosting a booth at the local Stagecoach day festival, Saturday October 24th from 12pm-10pm. We need volunteers who will man the booth, hand out waters, and answer questions. This is a great evangelistic opportunity, please consider joining us in this event by signing up for a 2-hour slot. 

Reformation Celebration, October 31, 5P-7P

Plan to join in the food, fun, games and learning about the Reformation. If you are willing and able to help by providing food, helping with set-up or take-down and clean-up, please sign up. Then invite your friends to come and celebrate!

Thanksgiving Church Family Meal

Thursday, November 26, 1-3PM

For the past 3 years, Grace Maricopa (in particular, Pastor Dan) has been working with the City of Maricopa to obtain permits for the renovation of our landscaping and parking. This is the first phase of the process to build a new, larger worship facility. This facility will allow us to share the Truth of God's Word to more people, bringing them to a saving relationship with Christ, and thus bring glory to God. 

The final drafts are with the City now, and a decision is expected by October 8. Please make it a priority to pray for favor with the City and that God's Perfect Will prevails. 

Each week, Grace Maricopa's prayer warriors gather in the large Classroom and pray. We write PrayerGrams, which all prayer warriors sign and are mailed. There are no special requirements. The more warriors the better.

2. You see God's answers to prayer and learn more about HOW He answers.

4. Fellowship with other believers.

Wednesday, October 7 is the next Pancakes and Theology at Central Arizona College in Maricopa. If you are interested in helping (cooking, setting up, or responding to the questions of students, contact Pastor Zach.

Qualifications:

1. Love Jesus.

2. Be friendly and able to converse pleasantly with students.

3. Pancake flipping is a useful skill.

4. Be willing to attempt to answer question, or tell a student "Great question. I've wondered about that myself."

5. Be willing and able to give them information sheets about the church.

Sojourners Youth Group is Grace Maricopa's Youth Ministry. They meet each Wednesday,  6-8PM at the church unless otherwise noted. Pastor Zach leads the youth in games, food, and expository Bible teaching. Grades 6-12 are all welcome.

The last Saturday of each month, the Men of Grace Maricopa gather at the church to perform work projects, enjoy breakfast together and hear and discuss a devotional. The only requirement is that you love the LORD and you want to serve God's church .

Prayer requests should be submitted by email to office@gracemaricopa.org, through the church website, or written on a Welcome and dropped in the offering box.

For a PrayerGram to be mailed the office needs a complete address. If the person has a P.O. Box, it is important that we have that information.
