Opportunity: Every Friday Morning 8-10 at Grace Maricopa's Hathaway Ave. frontage, the people of God's church serve by waving at cars going by. When someone pulls in, they are met by several folks from our church who listen to them, assess their prayer needs, then pray with them. If they are hungry or homeless, resources are provided. They are invited to join us in worship on Sunday Morning. Many have already been blessed by this fledgling ministry led by our very capable Pastor Michael. Come and join in this rewarding ministry!

Each week, Grace Maricopa's prayer warriors gather in the large (K-5 Childrens' Classroom) and pray for anyone who has turned in a prayer request. We write PrayerGrams, which all prayer warriors sign and are mailed. Anyone can join in. There are no special requirements. If you are not comfortable either writing or praying out loud, you can  just pray with the group and sign the PrayerGrams until you become comfortable  in more participation. The more warriors the better. Benefits: 1. You get to pray with the group for others. 2. You see God's answers to prayer and learn more about HOW He answers. 3. Your FAITH grows. 4. Fellowship with other believers.

Sojourners Youth Group is hitting the disc golf course!

Join us September 19th from 10:30 AM–12:30 PM at Copper Sky for a morning of frisbee golf, hanging out, and a little friendly competition!

We’ll meet near the Rec Center, where the course begins. Bring some water, sunscreen, and a friend!

Whether you’ve played disc golf before or have absolutely no idea what you’re doing, come hang out with us. We’d love to have you!

Pancakes and Theology, our Collegiate ministry is Wednesday.  Every other Wednesday, next on September 23, Pastor Zachary arrives at Grace Maricopa kitchen and packs the supplies and Pancake batter into his car, then proceeds to the Central Arizona College campus here in Maricopa. If you are interested in helping (cooking, setting up, or responding to the questions of students, contact Pastor Zach. Qualifications 1. Love Jesus. 2. Be friendly and able to converse pleasantly with students. 3. Pancake flipping is a useful skill. 4. Be willing to attempt to answer questions or to research and come back next week with an answer or just tell them "Great question, but I don't know the answer." or "I've wondered about that myself." 5. Be willing and able to give them information sheets about the church.

Sojourners Youth Group is Grace Maricopa's Youth Ministry. They meet each Wednesday at the church unless otherwise noted. The time has been changed to  6-8PM.  Pastor Zach leads the youth in games, food, and expository Bible teaching. Grades 6-12 are all welcome.

Maricopa is hosting the Stagecoach days, a multi-day festival celebrating the city's history.  Being one of the oldest churches in the city, we want to be a part of it!   If you are interested in helping with an outreach event on October 24th, please let Pastor Dan or Zach or Michael or the office know.

Prayer requests should be submitted by email to office@gracemaricopa.org, through the church website, or written on a Welcome and dropped in the offering box.

Submitting requests in other ways can lead to a request being lost or not followed through.

For a PrayerGram to be mailed the office needs a complete address. If the person has a P.O. Box, it is important that we have that information. If the address information in incomplete, the PrayerGram will be returned with "Address not found" or "Insufficient Address"

The people in the office at Grace Maricopa try very hard to be good stewards of God's funds. We become very sad when we spend $$ for wasted postage, or anything else.
